Kayode Gloster graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor's degree in Vocal Music Education and currently serves as the 5th and 6th Grade General Music Teacher and Choir Director at West Deptford Middle School. In addition to his classroom role, he is the Co-Advisor and Choreographer for the Grove Road Players musicals, where he enjoys helping students bring stories to life on stage.

Outside of teaching, Mr. Gloster remains active as a performer with the Greater South Jersey Chorus, where he has also been featured as a soloist. His love for music is complemented by his passion for athletics—he is the Assistant Tennis Coach at West Deptford High School and the advisor for his school’s Table Tennis Club.

This year, he is deeply honored to have been selected to conduct the All-South Jersey Elementary Chorus. For Mr. Gloster, this opportunity is especially meaningful, as he once sang in both the All-State and All-South Jersey Choirs as a high school student himself. It is a full-circle moment that underscores his mission: to help every student recognize, celebrate, and own their unique light in the world. He can't wait to lead, guide, and watch all of the South Jersey elementary students shine bright together through song.
